These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Woo Checkout Pro ("Service", "we", "us") — the WooCommerce checkout optimization plugin and related website at our application URL.
By creating an account, purchasing a license, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Woo Checkout Pro provides WordPress/WooCommerce checkout themes, licensing, updates, and customer support for one WooCommerce store per license, unless you purchase additional licenses.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
3. License & use
- Your license is non-transferable unless we approve a site change or you use our deactivation flow where enabled.
- You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the plugin files except as permitted by your license.
- You may not reverse engineer or remove license verification except where law requires.
4. Payments
Prices are shown at checkout based on your region (e.g. INR in India, USD internationally). Payments are processed by Razorpay (or test purchase in development). Fees are charged as displayed before you confirm payment.
5. Refunds & money-back guarantee
We offer a full refund or 100% money-back guarantee within 14 days of purchase if the plugin does not work as described on a supported WooCommerce setup and our support team cannot resolve a material issue.
Refund requests: contact support from your account with your order details. Abuse of refund requests may result in account restriction.
6. Support & updates
Active licenses include updates and email support for the period stated at purchase (typically 12 months). Support covers installation guidance and product defects, not custom theme development or third-party plugin conflicts outside our control.
7. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee specific conversion rates or revenue outcomes. WooCommerce, WordPress, hosting, and payment gateways remain your responsibility.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or loss of profits/data arising from use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the license in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
